Mexican "live-in caretaker" lived with my great aunt (grandpa's sister in law) for some years until she passed. Stayed in the house for several years and now claims to have inherited the house and is attempting to sell it.
He approached me asking who my great grandparents were because the title company needs their names to close the sale.
