I was working with a team building an integration layer into their Salesforce ticket management implementation application, back in 2015.

By then SFDC required unit tests in all production-deployed code. So for the heck of it, I reviewed the unit tests to see how good the coverage was.

Every single one of them had one line of code:

return(true);

That go-live was rough.
