I once got a woo-woo release from a local food startup and immediately blasted holes in in it (in my mind). Two months later, my newspaper editor called asking me if there was anything to this "innovation." and I gave him my take. He didn't follow up with the company. The company folded. Apparently other people saw similar problems I saw.
