**Lula wins Brazil's presidential runoff**

Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva won a fourth term as Brazil's president, beating right-wing challenger Flávio Bolsonaro by roughly 51.8% to 48.2% in Sunday's runoff, electoral court figures show. Bolsonaro has refused to concede and is seeking to have the results annulled after polling hours were extended.
