Facebook (yes, I use it as a sad necessity of the modern world) is now bombarding me when I use the web site on the 'phone with "Facebook is better on the app". I imagine it is probably functionally true (aside from their well-documented penchant for burrowing deep and snooping), because they are clearly degrading the presentation in the web interface and deliberately making things not far from unusable.
