Is it kind of like the way people who aren't in the top tax bracket vote to cut the rate there because they are convinced sometime soon they will be?
Making summer holidays shorter will only affect those greedy poor people, my job will keep giving me the full 4 weeks annual leave. Oh and if we make teachers teach for the whole year I won't have to worry about finding holiday programmes
