For my consulting work I often use Blues Notecards. I write all the firmware for those projects in Rust ❤️🦀… but Blues does not provide an official Rust crate for it. There is a crate, but I needed a few more/different things and one thing led to another and now I am rewriting it. Turns out Blues publishes JSON Schema 🤮 for their API, now I am on yak shaving layer 4 because of all this. Still 800 lines of code to generate at least 9000 is a net win? #rust #embedded
