I suspect our laser cutting machine to have some perlude of AI in it's software.
Small long pieces with many holes are drawn and cut straight, but edge asymmetry and tension in metal plate due to extreme heat makes things come out non straight.
It makes changes to when to cut what hole where each other run. I only have 2x 105 holes in two straight lines. now it clusteren in groups of 30-ish holes and varies group order each runs.
