Do you connect over the VPN? From what you describe it looks like your IP address was temp banned by the server.
I'm just not sure if it was 1. Someone else using the same VPN gateway caused the ban 2. Your issues started because the wallet tried to finish pending tx
or
1. Your wallet went mad due to some yet unknown issue 2. Your IP got banned because of that.
Pass me please the audit trail from the first retry transaction if you did not delete them. Thx!
