How easy is it for you to write characters outside of your age?
Well, I've been most of the ages 🤣 except for the final decades. Younger children are more of a challenge, but they are never the MC, so I wing it.
My biggest challenge are these undying mages. My current MC reaches past 2000 before the story ends. I had to really lean into imagination to give a sense of what that's like. There's a crushing world weariness at times, while also a striving for serenity.
