When I worked for Child Protective Services, there was one literally retarded nigger woman, 26, pregnant with her 8th child, caring for none of them. She cost the county $800K per year, yet was never sterilized and there was no end in sight. Another kid i had on the roles was 15 years old and in a group home. His father had 31 children all over town, this 15 year old was his first born. It can never be repaid what they have taken from us, culturally, financially, and criminally.
