The first open house is on May 3-4, pending confirmation. Most homes sell on the first open house. Average time on market is 9 days here.
Tomorrow is the health and safety inspection. Prayers and positive mojo that they don't find anything expensive would be so appreciated! 🙏🏻 #moving
