I was testing the Minimax H3 model. At first, generation time for a five second video was 71 minutes, way too long! I worked Ai to get it down to 3 minutes generation time, much better. Anyway, I'm just testing it to see what it can do. This animated with only one reference image that I provided, no training needed. However, you can use up to nine reference images for video generation. #ai #Minimax_h3 #julia_Harvey
