My parents taught me that if you go to school, work hard and pay your fair share at some point you could get a little loan to buy a small house
Yet somehow there seems to be no way to get a ‘small loan’ to buy a house since the fabric of reality seems to be unstable but they are totally okay with letting you pay maxed out rent
We could buy the place we currently live in within just under 4 years of rent
4 years to repay a small mortgage is too much of a risk
They almost beg you to rob a bank
