If the government think that his 22 year prison sentence isn't long enough, then maybe the law they should be making is one that would extend that jail sentence. Cos what would they do if the next serial rapist is a white man whose family has been here since 1066 and they can't ship him off to a poor country?
What they are currently doing is making dual citizens second class citizens. And pandering to racists.
