Jacksonville Sheriff's Office releases intense footage of one of their sergeants performing a PIT maneuver on a group of thugs who were suspected of robbing elderly people.
The footage was captured by COPS cameras.
"For the first time in 20 years, the COPS cameras were rolling in the River City, capturing our officers and detectives hard at work," the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said.
