Well, nynorsk Norwegian is quite a different beast to bokmål Norwegian. Bokmål, Swedish and Danish are all really just one and the same language, with slight differences is vocabulary. As a Swede having lived 26 years in Norway, I've never had trouble with bokmål, but still struggle with reading nynorsk.
