I've got an interview tomorrow for one of them.
My problem is, that a someone who has dyslexia and ADHD, I don't necessarily look good on paper. I have TONS of skills, but they're self taught.
And while I did attend college, I took Fine Art and never got my degree, so again, that doesn't look good on paper.
I do really well once I'm in an interview, but the way the employment market is set up these days, it can be hard to get that far.
