Yeah, happy to. TL;DR: customer buys a ton of laptops/workstations/whatever. Plugs them into a network switch. The #mgmtconfig project ( https://github.com/purpleidea/mgmt/ ) then does provisioning, initial configuration/setup/customization, and if it's desired, continued automation.
Customer is happy! Full setup of machine in ~10min. Very simple to use, no need to setup fancy infra to do this.
