So noticing Claude being down made me go look at Anthrophic's uptime which is public via Statuspage. I was surprised that they aren't even hitting three nines (99.9) mostly more like two 99.[1-8] and have on occasion been 98 level on some monitored things over the last year.

Given this I know the #AI super-fans will be it's just "growing pains" but this would be tough to build a biz on. AI still is in Twitter Fail Whale zone. Oddly few seem to talk about this - visual receipts provided.
