I suspect the majority of punters who were thinking of voting for the Opportunity Party were lured by the prospect of a $19k UBI.
Now that that’s obviously not a bottom line and highly unlikely to happen I believe their poll numbers will drop significantly leading up to the election and I very much doubt they will have enough base support to crack 5% - I predict they will be lucky to reach 4% but then again I could be wrong. #NZPol
