When looking all of Apple’s newest products, I can’t help but notice that *novelty* is the main feature being sold. (iPhone Duo, Apple HomeView, MacBook Pro with PROLED XDR Display)
What primarily bothers me about these products is that two of them require developers to at least consider spending some time updating their apps to cater to users who value this novelty. It’s like TouchBar all over again. Introducing these products, even if phased out tomorrow, have long-lasting effects.
