I once went to a "house" where the guest lavatory had no sink, just a couple of oval shaped holes in the wall that sucked in air; the way it works is you open a water tap (turning on the suction automatically), water starts flowing like rain from the top close to the wall where the holes were and then you would lather up, wash in front of the holes while the suction took your soapy water/clean water into them.
