I am making a collection of sweary phrases for a grumpy but colourful art project.

I'm after things you might say when shouting in angry frustration at a news headline (where an exasperated "for fuck's sake" is common in English).
Slightly embarrassed to be so far through before asking about this one, but I haven't been given any suggestions at all for Scottish Gaelic, & although I live in Scotland there are not many Gaelic speakers around here. My knowledge is limited to words used in local place names & "Là nam Pòg sona dhut".
If anyone has any suggestions for expressions of anger & frustration that might be suitable for the project please let me know below.
