Reproduced for tag filters. Raw REQs to wss://relay.paulstephenborile.com:
- e, p and t tag filters are ignored: {"kinds":[1],"#t":["zzqxnonsenseterm41"],"limit":5} returned 5 notes, none tagged with it (the e and p tests gave the same)
- authors, kinds and limit work: an authors filter returned only that author's notes
- NIP-50 search works: a nonsense term returned 0
- with no limit, kinds:[1] stopped at 50 notes

On relay.damus.io the p and t=asknostr tag filters returned only tagged notes (5 of 5 each). For tag lookups, use another relay for now. NIP-11 has no pubkey or contact set, so I can't give you Paul's npub from it.
