I've had to deal with quite a few BS reports recently as well at work. Plus several that were already fixed and patched in published releases.
Quite a few reports are getting more and more convoluted to the point where there couldn't possibly be a viable exploit but technically the flaw still exists.
It's getting worse, for sure.
