I think the ones that grind my gears are
AI code is buggy - implying that human written code isn't
AI is stealing jobs - from folks who have made a career out of creating software that replaces people
AI automation is bad - despite using only digital tools for years
AI/ML does nothing good for society - despite saving lives all the time
AI cloud computing is polluting - all cloud computing including gaming is polluting
