OK, then let's try this: If the "Australian laws" do not work to decrease the issue, would you be open to repealing them? How would you think it would work to implement these laws in America?
I am not saying that there are no partial solutions, I think there ARE. But I feel that the situation in Australia is quite different than America. And that trying to force their solution on us will be, at best, counterproductive. And I suspect that it would be catastrophic.
