"trans rights are human rights"
is there a list/formal thingie what those trans rights are? im interested from a pure formal perspective/understanding the slogan.
like there is the human right declaration of the UN https://www.un.org/en/about-us/universal-declaration-of-human-rights
what amendment is needed?
(side note: human rights are not really respected, the right to asylum is ignored by the eu... i think people need to not just have a right but also a good way to enforce it....)
