A bitter pill to swallow for Bitcoin Blake2b fans:
If it becomes more valuable per watt,whale miners will dive bomb it and dump the coinbases 100 blocks later. Empty blocks and then weeks of sow blocks that never clear the mempool.
It can survive if it isn't worth enough.
And bitcoin core whales will rent hashpower for spite and lulz as well. Sia miners will do it if they get more than Sia pays.
