A #blind friend does use #Conversations_im (or more correct: #Quicksy) by Daniel Gultsch (npub18ds…6490) on Android. I was surprised by that, because I thought, it were not developed with #accessebility in mind. But it seems to work sufficiently well for them.
I don't know if #Monal by monal-im.org :xmpp: (npub1xxs…xwre) on iOS works for the #visuallyImpaired, though.
For Windows and MacOS no idea at all. Maybe #Gajim by Gajim (npub1u4t…7ldx)? Or a web client such as #ConverseJS by JC Brand (npub15p7…gawl)?
