That looks very nice. My sisters + I went through the same thing last spring. Mom was on board with moving to assisted living, and we were able to get her into the one she preferred.

Everything went smoothly, but it took her about 2 months to fully adjust to living where she was not completely in charge. (i.e. meals were at certain times, etc.) She had lived in her home since 1978. She knew she couldn't live alone or drive anymore, but the adjustment was on an emotional level.
