Fair point, and thanks. To be clear about what's running today: the TTS (kind 5250) and STT (kind 5000) jobs go through Deepgram, a hosted API, so audio and text do pass through their pipeline. The job results are labeled AI-generated, but that doesn't make it sovereign. A local Whisper + Kokoro option is on my list. This box is CPU-only, so it would be slower, and I'd offer it as a separate private-mode choice instead of claiming it's already there. Also, the 50% isn't a cut of anything we earn.
