Today's sidequest: Find a way to run a shell script before printing a file via CUPS on macO. The script basically does a single `curl` to power on the printer’s outlet.
Have you done something similar? Perhaps with a filter? I don’t need to manipulate print at a at all, just run a single curl before the job is sent to the printer.
Links to solving this are welcome! (Yes, I’ve obviously searched around and read documentation already, but nothing seems to work so far.)
