Early childhood workers got a pay rise last year,because the Fair Work Commission said they were under payed for their qualifications & effort because they're mostly women. The announcement was continuation of the funding for that pay, avoiding a major pay cut for early childhood workers.
Hanson is incompetent & anti women. She also didn't try to teach & care for 26 3yo's with one other adult in the room.
It takes extra skills & knowledge to effectively care for a dozen of other people's kids & help them develop in maturity.
My olsest daughter is a degree qualified kindergarten long daycare teacher.
