How is this better when you need angel investors just to afford a local video card or a stick of RAM? I certainly can't run the overhyped local LLM of the week. I'm still running games from 2011 on a graphics card from 2013, because I can't get approved for the third mortgage it would take to upgrade.
The anti-datacenter crowd is still needed.
