I'm not trying to define anything or making up cases. These edge cases are well documented and many women have argued about them. I have no issues with how anyone wants to be identified and will happily use preferred pronouns. But waving away concerns as exaggerated and denouncing politicians who may opine on potential solutions is how we got to the supreme court being asked to rule on a point of law.
