Here's an interesting analysis/history of illegal #presidential orders. Bottom line, the military can't arrest or detain a president, especially given the #SCROTUM ruling but they can def ignore illegal orders. For example, #KentState could have been prevented if the #OHNG just refused to be used as cops.
