So I called the plumber and said I wanted to swap out the kind of water heater. But I needed to get the 120v kind since my house, which has wiring "installed by Edison and his boys" according to our electricians, can't support the 220v kind. I know, I have tried several things, it wasn't possible.
The plumber did not actually believe that a 120v model existed. I had to send this youtube video to convince him.
