I watched a friend play some more LoL games today and I feel a bit bad for shitting on it in the past. we were a Dota 2 household, I wasn't very good at it and dropped it after 60 hours. LoL is nice in the regard that you can just watch a game and more or less understand what's happening, I didn't understand what's happening in Dota after PLAYING it for 60 hours
both share some of the same flaws, namely being forced to team up with retards that ruin your entire game. some aspects of LoL are more cringe though, like straight up k-pop music videos. its colour palette is also way too bright and I still like Dota's overall artstyle better
