i have started making more ethiopian at home, bc i love it so much.
injera is not my fave,. i have learned you can get the special flour but it requires an overnight fermentation so i pretty much never make that.
but there a a few veggie wots that i adore
i got berbere from burlap & barrel recently too - highly recommend
