If ICE scans your face using their biometric scanning app, your data will be sent to the FBI’s Next Generation Identification (NGI) system. Once it’s in that system, it’s impossible to remove it. As a citizen, you’re not entitled to know what data the federal government maintains on you in that system. You cannot even do a privacy act request to obtain information about yourself from that system. #uspol #ice #dhs
