Hello there! Yes it can be overwhelming even after longer use of nostr.
Your wallet is saved in your profile. Each Zap will be routed to the adress specified there. So when you see your wallet address in your profile in amethyst you are good. If not: Try backing up your profile data and propagate it to other relays. There is a tool for that. But i am too lazy to search it.
