"content": "Our hugel-ish garden bed is still missing a few inches of compost/topsoil, but it's already growing mushrooms out of the dead wood we buried, and we just harvested our first zucchini. Not too bad for a half assed attempt at trying to get things started. It's been a big back and forth in temperature this summer, which is way easier than the heat dome we had a couple years ago, just a little slower to set fruit this year with the exception of our cayenne peppers which apparently are loving life enough to have passers by slow down and stare at them.\n\n#gardening #growYourOwn #pnw\nhttps://files.starlite.rodeo/media_attachments/files/114/959/937/982/805/702/original/aca58b06d03fed01.jpeg\n",
