I was able to talk with some local trans friends about this, and if I finally decided I'm going for hrt I might have to wait for a couple months, but it's basically just an endocrinologist appointment and you're good to go, mandatory appointments with psychiatrist and all that was removed years ago
so it's close to what you folks call the informed consent model I think?
