On October 31, I ordered an Urban Xplorer cane from AwareWolfGear. As of today, my account page shows that the order still hasn't shipped. As it's almost been a month since placing my order, I reached out to them via their contact form to ask when the item will ship. I just wanted to know if others out here have ordered from AwareWolfGear and if you encountered similar delays.
