@[url=https://toot.community/users/sister_ratched]Jude🇵🇸[/url] @[url=https://aus.social/users/Heterokromia]Amo a Sam amat[/url] to clarify, my reason for having it would prolly differ somewhat from the avg punter. wasn't for tax reasons, not even for ostensible health reasons. was all to do with my #[url=https://friendica.au/search?tag=transition]transition[/url]. i hoped that if ever i needed any general healthcare hospitalisation [unrelated to my actual transition procedures; they were long past] i could have a private room. my hope was that then, only the doctors, nurses, caterers, cleaners would laugh at & mock me, but at least not [i]also[/i] all the other patients, if i was in a general open ward. the day it finally dawned on me that in fact even the gross rip-off of PHI did not [i]guarantee[/i] me a private room, was the day i began plans to drop it.
