Why does Israel keep killing 14-year-old Palestinian boys in the West Bank?? Today, Israeli soldiers shot and killed another 14-year-old boy. My heart is completely broken. I have a 14-year-old son. They opened fire on this boy without any warning and then they took his body, stripped off his clothes, and blocked anyone from helping him. They claimed he was throwing stones and bottles, then raided a nearby home and destroyed all the surveillance footage to hide what they did. They’re now refusing to return the boy’s body to his family.
Western governments know that Israel has been killing Palestinian children in the West Bank for decades, but they continue to fund it, arm it and defend it - because Palestinian children’s lives simply don’t matter to them.
