So, if I log into my phone/ISP company, I see options to order additional services. But there are no options to *cancel* any of them.
I thought we made that illegal?
But am I surprised? No. That would be a no. One of the reasons I want to cancel is that this is exactly the sort of behavior I have come to expect from them, in addition to:
* Bill-padding
* Frequent outages
* Opaque billing
* Substantial inflation (now > $150/mo)
It Is Time For Them To Go.
