I had a successful meeting with a psychiatrist this week.

For those that don't know, I had the diagnoses of schizoaffective disorder (bipolar type) and previously bipolar 1 (including rapid cycling) for many decades, with clinical depression to start it all off. However over a year ago, I was sure these were the wrong diagnoses, and me being autistic was the root.

However, turns out I now am diagnosed with bipolar 2, and have to go back on a psych med. But he did validate in saying he does see autism in my presentation, which gives credence to my late-age self-identification.

Anyway, I don't know relevant YouTube creators, web sites, books, apps, that sort of thing for bipolar 2, and am eager for any pointers.
